These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of rebyakovmoshe.com and its courses, lessons, forums and related services (the "Site"), operated by Ahavas Yisroel Inc. ("Reb Yakov Moshe", "RYM", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

  • You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been used without permission.
  • An account is personal to you. Sharing sign-in details or letting others use your subscription is not permitted.

2. Text messages (SMS) and phone calls

To verify your identity when you register, sign in or reset your password, Reb Yakov Moshe sends a one-time verification code to the phone number you enter, by text message (SMS) or by an automated phone call. By entering your phone number and requesting a code, you consent to receive that message or call. These are verification messages only; we do not send marketing text messages.

  • Message frequency: one message per verification request; frequency varies with your use of the Site.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • To opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can still verify by phone call or by email.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your mobile information and your text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions, purchases and donations

  • Prices are shown on the Site and charged in US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
  • A course subscription gives you personal, non-transferable access to that course for the period you paid for.
  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Ahavas Yisroel Inc. is a non-profit organization; ask us if you need a receipt.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at info@rebyakovmoshe.com.

4. Content and license

  • All lessons, videos, audio, text and images on the Site belong to Reb Yakov Moshe or its licensors and are protected by copyright.
  • We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for your own study. You may not copy, download (except where a download button is offered), record, redistribute, sell or publicly perform the content without our written permission.

5. Forums and user content

  • You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a license to display it on the Site.
  • Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or copy content in bulk, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahavas Yisroel Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
